No controls

Spent $4.99 last night for app. Saw controls for a 1/2 a moment, when hit one of bottom arrows, controls disappeared altogether. Can pinch, expand, lock, rotate image, but otherwise frozen. Impossible not to feel ripped off. App support claims bugs of controls fixed. Nope
