May 5 Upgrade does not work on iPhone 5

The controls are in the middle of the screen. When the controls are tapped, they either freeze on the screen and the entire app is frozen, or they disappear entirely. The app worked perfectly on my iPhone5 before the last two upgrades. Is there a way for me to return to the app as it was before the last two upgrades?
